Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist optimal. Kurze Wege bis ins Zentrum.
Die Tür zur Wohnung 3.2 bleibt nicht selbstständig offen. Beim Gepäcktransport muss immer jemand die Tür aufhalten. Die Duschkopfhalterung wackelt. Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach wäre schön.
