This comfortable and modern villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort, offering a peaceful and rewarding stay. The villa features air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is also modern terrace furniture and a barbecue.
As guests of El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to top-class golf facilities, as well as dining options and spa services at the neighboring hotel.
A supermarket is located at the entrance of the gated community. Yucas Villa 17 includes private parking for your convenience.
For stays over 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area—parties and events are not allowed.
The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace.
Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night (max. 3 kg). Pool heating is available for an extra charge per night. Guests have free access to the beach club.

Plenty of space
Cheap Kitchenware sometimes unuseful like the pan or even the knives were almost unuseful.

Avoid this property if you’re travelling with a dog. Although it appeared as pet-friendly, they charged €35 per night for bringing a pet – a hidden and unreasonable fee that was not shown during booking. Holidu later refunded us after admitting the information was unclear. Now the listing allows only one dog under 5 kg, which makes it unsuitable for most dog owners.
When we arrived, we found a list of house rules that had not been shown on the Holidu booking page. This makes those rules practically invalid.
