With a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Bayreuth Apart No 7 with step-free access and interior in Bayreuth is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 66 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.
This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. The property is located close to several supermarkets, a chemist's, an organic market, a discount store, an Italian restaurant, cycle paths, an indoor swimming pool and public transport links. A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage (not suitable for SUVs). Additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The accommodation is located on the 7th floor of an apartment building. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. ÖPNV-Busanbindung zur Innenstadt oder auch zum Festspielhügel ist gut (Königsbergstr./Bernecker Str.). Wir hatten bei Übergabe der Wohnung leider nur kurze Zeit (2 Min.), um Details zur Wohnungsnutzung abzuklären, aber selbst wenn einige Informationen damit ...
