The villa's cascading terraces are furnished with cozy seating areas and surrounded by olive trees and native vegetation, creating a pleasant natural shade.
The outdoor dining area is ideal for gatherings and enjoying Istrian delicacies, which the owners of Villa Monte Residence will gladly serve to welcome you. The villa's interior exudes luxury, combining rustic charm with modern and elegant details, making Villa Monte Residence an ideal choice for those who appreciate comfortable décor that feels like home.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and its own seating area, ensuring complete privacy.
The large living room and two fully equipped kitchens are perfect for socializing.
Additionally, the villa offers a spa center with a jacuzzi and sauna, ideal for unwinding after a day spent walking in the nearby forests or cycling, with bikes available for guest use. ***Pet fee = 50 eur per pet per stay - max. 2 pets*** ****Pool heating 200 eur per week/per activation Available April – June & October (Payable on site)
