This chalet is perfect for three couples, with three bedrooms featuring double beds, including one on the mezzanine.
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests.
Please note, the property is located on the upper floor, not the ground floor. Spread over two levels: • First level: - Living room with TV - Dining area - Open-plan kitchen - 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, and a cabin room with 2 bunk beds - Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and toilet - 2 shower rooms with shower and sink - Separate toilet - TV in the master bedroom • Mezzanine open to the living room with a 120 cm sofa bed and additional sleeping options The chalet offers all modern household appliances, advanced electric central heating, and a charming fireplace (firewood provided). It is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. In 2023, the chalet received a quality accommodation label for 10 guests, awarded after inspection by an authorized organization for the three resorts.
This label guarantees a good level of comfort and a peaceful environment at night, as the chalet is set away from the resort’s noise. In summer, the chalet is ideal for relaxing, hiking, trout fishing in the nearby stream, and enjoying all summer sports in the neighboring resorts of Les Menuires and Val-Thorens.
Located between the typical Savoyard villages of Le Bettaix and Praranger, it is away from the main access road to the resorts. In winter, the chalet is perfect for skiing thanks to the Bettaix village chairlift, with several return slopes, including one with snow cannons.
