The apartment has 78 square meters plus a terrace of 32 square meters which is 70% covered.
The terrace has awnings to enjoy the shade on the hottest days and offers views to the sea and the lighthouse of Torrox.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1,60m x 2,00m and the other with two single beds.
One bathroom is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The living room has a 48’ television and receives besides the digital programmes also the main German channels via satellite antenna.
The flat has its own internet connection (WiFi) with 600MB.
This is an advantage over the other apartments in the complex if you need a constant high speed, e.g. for video conferences.
In the living room there is a desk if you need to work (home office).
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) and espresso machine in classic Italian style, washing machine.
There is also an iron/ironing board.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with central air conditioning (hot/cold).
