The holiday home Ca La Morancica offers beautiful mountain views and is located in Yátova.
The property is spread over two floors and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests including infants.
The number of guests must match the number actually staying.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, streaming services with a dedicated workspace, TV, and air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Guests have access to a private outdoor chillout area, a pool suitable for children, people with disabilities, and seniors or those with reduced mobility, a garden, terrace, two balconies, and a large barbecue—perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The village offers venues with pubs, darts, table football, and live music for evening entertainment. Free parking for motorcycles is available on the property, and street parking for cars is available next to the house. Bookings outside the platform are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
To ensure the property and surroundings are well cared for, a refundable security deposit is required before check-in. We are flexible hosts—please leave the house as you found it, take out the trash, close all doors, windows, and the mailbox properly, and return the keys as instructed.
The deposit will be refunded after the property is checked at check-out. Liability insurance covers your stay. Guests have free access to the village’s private pool, with limited or unlimited use depending on the length of stay and number of guests. Enjoying your stay is the host’s top priority.
