The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include a TV as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings. The property features an additional kitchen and sink on the outdoor veranda and guests will also have access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue facilities. The accommodation is conveniently located just 40 meters from the beach and the sea. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested to respect and take care of the home; any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
