It has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in the City of Light. It is ideal for a romantic getaway. Looking forward to seeing you! : ) ## Logement Located on the 19th floor with elevator, it comprises : - a sleeping area with a double pull-out bed ; - a functional bathroom; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a dining area with table and chairs. You'll particularly appreciate its quiet location and unobstructed view of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The studio is ideally located: - right in the center of the Asian district (Chinese restaurants, brasseries, stores) ; - close to Place d'Italie and Bercy Village (swimming pool, cinema and cultural venues); - close to public transport (serving the whole city and surrounding area); - a 5-minute walk from Stade Georges Carpentier (gymnasium, soccer, rugby and athletics fields). You'll find a Lidl supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs. Places of interest close to the property: - Panthéon 20 minutes by subway; - Louvre Museum: 25 minutes by bus; - Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral: 30 minutes by subway; - the Eiffel Tower 35 minutes by bus; and many more... The northern part of the arrondissement is more “classical”, home to major institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Olympiades district. It also has the advantage of being close to the Gare Montparnasse, renowned for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and stores. ## Transports - Subway : Line 14: Olympiades station: 6-minute walk. Line 7: Maison Blanche station: 6-minute walk. - Bus : Lines 62, 64 and 83: Tolbiac - Baudricourt station: 5-minute walk. - From Gare de Lyon: 15 minutes by subway. - From Paris-Orly airport: 25 minutes by cab.
