The house, dating back to the 16th century and recently renovated with all comforts, is on three levels and is characterized by open spaces that make it unique compared to other houses in the village.
From the terrace and garden, in addition to immersing yourself in an oasis of peace and relaxation, you can enjoy a priceless view of the Valdichiana, Città della Pieve and the ancient rooftops of the village.
The house, dating back to the 16th century, is built along the ancient walls of the village, which are still visible in the exclusive garden above, carved out of a walkway in the walls themselves.
The apartment, decorated with elegance and refinement, is on three levels.
The ground floor, which can also be accessed from the medieval inner courtyard, has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
A large fireplace serves as a gathering place on cold winter days.
On the second level an elegant bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower.
On the third level two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds served by a bathroom with shower.

This a beautiful Tuscany home is located in one of our favourite mountain villages. Driving into Cetona is instant joy, it is clean, quiet and picturesque. The locals seem to keep to themselves but are friendly when greeted. The home is very impressive, as soon as you enter the private courtyard you...
