You will be staying in the heart of Sarlat, a world-renowned medieval town, perfect for strolling through its charming streets and exploring its famous market.
Just minutes away from the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne, this holiday home offers easy access to the region's must-see attractions: Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Les Milandes, Fénelon, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (the Prehistory capital), the International Centre for Cave Art Lascaux 4, Maxange caves, Proumeyssac chasm, as well as the magnificent gardens of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac...
Your stay promises a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, and cycling. You will be staying in a detached town house, offering complete privacy, with a surface area of 75 m².
On the ground floor, a spacious living area awaits you, featuring a fully equipped kitchen open to a cozy lounge and a welcoming dining room.
There is also a separate WC.
Upstairs, three bedrooms are at your disposal: the first with a double bed (160x200), the second with a bed (120x190), and the third with a single bed (90x190).
You will also have access to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower (with a step) and a WC. The house’s basement provides a convenient space with a washing machine and enough room to store your bikes during your stay.
Outside, a large enclosed garden of 1000 m² and a furnished terrace will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation (with a plancha available).
For families, baby equipment is provided: travel cot, high chair, bouncer, bathtub, and potty.
You can park directly in front of the house. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi available and that parties are not allowed.
Public transport is within walking distance.
