This charming apartment is well equipped.
It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a cosy living room with a television to relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Nespresso Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron. In addition, a bicycle room is available.
The apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard, with windows located only in the living room.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.
The advantage of this apartment is that it is ideally located in the historic center of the city, near the castle downtown: you will find everything you need nearby!
Discover Annecy and its sites of interest such as: the old town (3 minutes walk), the Paquier (9 minutes), the Palais de l'île (1 minute), or the Basilique de la Visitation (8 minutes). You can also visit the gardens of Europe (7 minutes walk); the Pont des Amours (7 minutes); or the Thiou, a beautiful river in the old town of Annecy. You will also be able to visit historical monuments such as: Saint François de Sales church (2 minutes on foot), Annecy City Hall (13 minutes), La maison Gallo (5 minutes), and many others... The lake is only at 2 minutes walk away!
For your daily shopping, you will have a MONOPRIX at 4 minutes on foot and the Monop' ANNECY GARE at 9 minutes.
