Very well located, this cozy 36 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Montreuil.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway.
I look forward to welcoming you! :) ## Logement Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the apartment features : - a comfortable living room with a desk ; - a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed ; Extra bed (140x190 cm) - a functional shower room; - a superb 13 m² east-facing terrace.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
Numerous facilities and equipment are at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
A baby cot is available, as well as an Intex electric inflatable mattress for a 3rd traveler! Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located : - in a new, secure condominium ; - in Rue de l'Église (a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants); - 150 meters from a public cinema (ideal for a romantic evening out); - at the foot of metro line 9 (Nation accessible in 10 minutes; central Paris and Bercy in 20 minutes); - close to major airports, Bois de Vincennes, Parc Disneyland and Stade de France.
There are several supermarkets (Biocoop, Naturalia, Carrefour) within walking distance for your everyday needs.
A yoga/pilates center is located in the residence if you'd like to take a relaxing or sporty break.
