Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located on the 3ᵉ floor with lift, the accommodation comprises: - two bedrooms with two double beds ; - two bathrooms ; - a fully equipped kitchen ; - a dining room; - a lounge area to relax in after a day out; - and two balconies, one furnished with table and chairs overlooking the gardens. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: oven, microwave, television, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. You will particularly appreciate its brightness and location. The flat is located close to the Place de la Nation and close to numerous public transport links.
Less than 15 minutes' walk away, the RER, tramway, several metro and bus lines provide quick access to the Olympic sites and Euro Disney Park. There are several supermarkets (Carrefour and Auchan) at the foot of the building, a "Lidl" 400 m from the building for your day-to-day shopping needs and a Printemps department stores' 500 m away. Places of interest near the property: - the Château de Vincennes, 10 minutes away by metro; - Belleville Park and Père Lachaise Cemetery 15 minutes by metro; - the Louvre Museum 20 minutes away; - Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, 25 minutes away; and much more... ## Emplacement Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district.

Positive:
Location is near the Buzenval metro station. This makes it easy to move around on the metro. There a are several business nearby including a bakery and a small supermarket. Since the apartment has an equipped kitchen we could have a good breakfast without spending a lot of money.

If would don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of space to hang your clothes. Location was very close to a metro station. Very walkable area.
