Holiday flat ‘Apartment 2’ with stepless access and interior is located in Riedering/ Kirchseeon and is perfect for your professional or private stay.
The 39 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for a maximum of 4 people.
Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a garden area for communal use.
The building in which the accommodation is located has a lift. In the surrounding area you will find many walking and cycling paths, a cosy cinema and great outdoor pool in Grafing, two beautiful forest playgrounds, several lakes, well-known cities such as Munich, Rosenheim, Wasserburg are within easy reach. The hostess also recommends events at the old cinema in Ebersberg/Alter Speicher or a visit to the indoor playgrounds and trampoline halls. Many brochures and flyers are available in the guest house to help you plan your excursions. Our guest house is located on an active farm with cattle farming, arable farming and a workshop.
Our guests can see, hear and sometimes even smell us at work.
We are very centrally located for travelling to the trade fair, Munich, the mountains or other tourist destinations in Upper Bavaria.
Self-catering is very easy for our guests, as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and farm shops are in the immediate vicinity. Stays of more than 2 weeks are only possible on request. Public transport (S-Bahn - Eglharting station and bus) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Munich city centre can be reached in approx. 35 minutes.
There are 12 parking spaces on the property.
Pets and loud parties are prohibited in the house.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
There are rules to help guests separate waste correctly.
We have installed water-saving features.
Our electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.
On request we can provide a high chair, changing table, baby cot, extra bed, iron, ironing board or hand mixer.
Intermediate cleaning for stays of more than 1 week is available on request for a fee. After booking, please fill in the Holidu contact form, which will be sent to you by e-mail, and enter your address.

The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. The location was great, walking distance to Kirchseeon and had free parking. Anja was lovely and was very supportive during our stay. I would definitely recommend Haus am Hof for families with kids.

Both Arturo and Eduardo were great. Both very helpful. They gave us tips as far as places for sight seeing and food.
