The two-story apartment offers a fantastic lake view and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
It accommodates up to three guests.
A linen package with bed sheets and towels can be booked on request for an extra fee.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the communal area.
The walls are painted with natural chalk paint from Rügen.
A parking space in the underground garage is included.
The private southwest-facing balcony invites you to relax during the day and evening.
You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, wooden benches, and a football field with two goals.
In the foyer leading to the underground garage, there is also a foosball table.
A table tennis table is available as well.
The apartment is within walking distance of public transport and several recommended restaurants at Seedorf Harbor, about 500 meters away, where you will also find a fish shop.

Das vorhandene WLAN/Internet. Da das Mobilfunknetz (Vodafone) im Bereich der Ferienanlage nicht verfügbar ist, wollte ich WiFi Calling nutzen. Dies wurde jedoch durch eine Konfiguration am Router unterbunden.
