The holiday home Quinta Do Bairro is located in Vieira do Minho and impresses guests with its view of the mountain.
The 253 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Guests of this property enjoy access to an outdoor area that is shared with another accommodation.
Outdoor amenities include a pool (open from May to October), a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The region is rich in natural landscapes, scenic trails, and river beaches.
Notable spots include the Trilho do Moinho do Ave (7 km from the accommodation), the charming Aldeia da Agra (8 km), the Nascente do Rio Ave (14 km), and the popular Gerês and Praia do Ermal. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets can be allowed upon request.
Owners are asked to keep their pets away from the pool area at all times. Smoking inside the building is not allowed.
Guests can smoke outside (except in the pool area). Birthday parties, bachelor parties, and family/friends events are allowed with prior notice to the host. Please note that a safety deposit will be charged upon arrival. This property features energy-saving lighting. Check-in is available from 3 PM to 6 PM.
