Ideally located in northern Ardèche, the village of Vernosc with its shops is less than 2 km away, and there are restaurants nearby.
Just 10 minutes from Annonay, you can visit the historic Montgolfier brothers’ and Marc Seguin’s house.
The Via Fluvia, only 5 minutes from the residence, offers scenic cycling and walking routes through the countryside to Annonay. Nearby, you’ll find the Peaugres Safari Park and the Saint-Clair golf course, as well as a wide range of activities and cultural attractions (45 minutes from Saint-Bonnet, wine route, walks in the Pilat Natural Park). This functional apartment, perfect for two couples or a family with two children, is fully equipped and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay (spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, complimentary cold drinks, etc.). We’ll be happy to guide and inform you to ensure your stay goes smoothly.
You can enjoy a pétanque court and a jacuzzi available for an extra fee.
