Comfortable and luxurious villa for vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort.
Newly built accommodation, modern design, which guarantees tranquility and a rewarding stay.
The villa has a complete and sophisticated equipment, such as; air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV and free WiFi.
Yucas Villa 14 has a private swimming pool (depth: 1,40m, dimensions: 6m x 3m), with the possibility of heating it with an additional cost.

Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you will have the possibility of having first class golf facilities and the opportunity to enjoy different gastronomic options and spa services of the neighboring Hotel, Serenity.
There is even a supermarket at the entrance to the gated community.
Yucas Villa 14 includes private parking for your peace of mind.
Services included in the price of this vacation rental: -For bookings of more than 7 nights, cleaning with change of bed linen and towels. -A crib and high chair (on request) will be provided for children under 2 years old.
The property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be disturbing for the neighbors is prohibited. Excessive number of guests is strictly forbidden. Smoking is forbidden inside the property, allowed on the terrace. We offer our guests free access to Amadores Beach Club. Pets are allowed for an additional cost per night, with a maximum weight of 3 kg.
Pets will only be allowed to relieve themselves outside the property, in addition to having a good behavior inside the house and with the neighbors. Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night. A security deposit must be paid before arrival.
