Located in Kanali, Villa Estia is a holiday home overlooking the Zalongo Monument. The 200 sqm property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate from 2 to 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated work area for a home office, TV, air conditioning, washing machine as well as beach towels. There is a private outdoor area that has a garden, open and covered terrace, 7 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings and al fresco dining.
Villa Estia is located in a peaceful and quiet area, just 4-5 minutes drive from the crystal blue waters of the sea. The surrounding area has many attractions, such as Nikopolis, the Necromanche and the Acheron River. Nearby suggestions include the Preveza Satan's Bazaar, the ancient ruins of Nikopolis, the Acheron River, the Nekromanteion, the beautiful Kanali beach and the excellent Monolithi beach.
