The holiday apartment Mas Chloro-Phil with step-free interior is located in Clapiers and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A high chair is also available. The holiday apartment features a private, shaded terrace - ideal for al fresco dining.
Guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor space with a garden and an open terrace. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, within 1 km of all essential services and public transport links.
In addition, the holiday apartment is situated on the edge of a natural garrigue landscape with mountain bike trails and hiking paths. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. A bike is provided. The property has lockable motorbike and bicycle storage. Breakfast is served upon request from 7 am to 10 am. The accommodation is adjacent to the host's home. A plancha grill is provided. The host is happy to provide tips for mountain biking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features.
