The 400 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and beach/pool towels.
For your leisure, there is also a ping pong table.
A crib and high chair can be provided.
Please note, this accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
There is also a shared outdoor shower.
The villa is just 100 m from a public bus stop and 2 km from the beach, which offers free parking.
A small supermarket is 2 km away at Lagoa de Santo André, and larger supermarkets are 6 km away in Vila Nova de Santo André. Several restaurants are nearby, making it easy to enjoy local dining options.
One parking space is available on the property, as well as free street parking.

Casa com boas áreas, zona calma com cafés perto. Muito perto da praia e lagoa.
Piscina com bom tamanho e zona de jogos no exterior.
Anfitrião sempre disponível e em contacto connosco desde o inicio da reserva
Infestação de formigas na cozinha
Tem uma mesa no exterior mas Para uma casa com tantos quartos seria vantajoso ter uma mesa maior para as refeições (na cozinha a mesa tem o tamanho ideal)
