This detached family villa is suitable for 14 people.
There is a living room with a dining area and TV and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and microwave.
Downstairs are two bedrooms with single beds and one bathroom with a shower.
The washing machine and dryer are in the storage room and there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Upstairs are four bedrooms with single beds and three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and one of which has a traditional sauna.
There is also a separate toilet.
Outside you will find two parking spaces and a garden with a furnished terrace.
The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge. A number of bungalows of this type have been recently redecorated.
You can reserve these as a preferred option when booking.

There are challenging mountain bike routes too.
And don't forget to pack your hiking boots to explore the hiking trails.

There is always something going on in the town on the banks of the Moselle! Temporarily, just a little different The main building at Ferienresort Cochem will get a major makeover until June 2024.
We are upgrading and improving our facilities.
In the meantime, you are welcome as usual.
The work will take place at the edge of the park, far from most houses.
Some of our facilities have been relocated for the duration of the works.
For instance, you will find our reception in a villa for the time being.
The indoor playground, air trampoline, mini golf and electric car charging points are closed for the time being.

Es war alles im Haus reichlich vorhanden.
Das man uns ein paar Tage vorher erst mitgeteilt hat , daß das Schwimmbad nicht zur Verfügung steht

Mooi ruim huis en fijne ruime tuin.
Verzorgd park en leuke activiteiten óók voor kinderen.
Wasmachine en droger.
Dichtbij Cochem.
Niet erg schoon. Vieze ramen, spinnenwebben overal. Wel 100 dooggeslagen muggen door hele huis op muren/plafond!!! Gif op de buiten stoelen ivm verdelgen wespennest. Véél té kleine koelkast/diepvries voor huis v 14 personen
