Located in La Vila Joiosa, the Ibicenco Villajoyosa holiday apartment offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is beachfront and is a 70 m² duplex in one of the area's typical colorful houses, without an elevator.
On the third floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms—one accessed through the other—and a half bathroom in the main bedroom.
The fourth floor features the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, comfortably accommodating 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A travel cot is available for an extra fee if you need bedding for it. The property offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace on the fourth floor and a balcony on the third floor. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted at this property.
The accommodation offers a convenient self check-in system.
The building has no elevator and features narrow, steep stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
