The 82 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby cot is also available. The garden and the terrace on this property are currently under construction. This holiday apartment occupies a former watermill, creating a unique and memorable setting for your stay.
It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the A8 highway exit, with many cycling and hiking trails nearby.
A restaurant is within easy reach, and shopping facilities are just 5 km away.
Augsburg can be reached in 25 minutes, and both Munich and Ulm are 1 hour away.
