The 23 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. 2 extra guests can be accommodated upon request and for an extra fee. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
This chalet features a private outdoor space with a garden and open terrace. Situated just 1 km from the beach, the property boasts an excellent location for sailing, fishing, hiking and cycling (a bike hire shop is located nearby). Further recommendations include the numerous stunning sites of the Pink Granite Coast, the Saint Samson golf course, the historic town of Lannion as well as the nearby distilleries and castles. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One well-behaved pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property is intended for 2 people.

La petite maison est très bien équipée pour 2 avec un espace extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais donnent de nombreuses explications sur les sites à visiter. Lieu idéal et calme. À découvrir.
