The highlight is certainly the direct panoramic sea view that you can enjoy of the Baltic Sea and the harbour of Sassnitz from the south-facing balcony.

Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the flat is flooded with light.
The modern, new kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all accessories.
The bathroom with shower was recently renovated and exudes a special charm.
A comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night's sleep.
This offer is rounded off by a free underground car park, WLAN and a lockable bicycle shed.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese weiter empfehlen. Praktisch ist auch das Parken in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgarage sowie die Abstellmöglichkeit der Fahrräder im Fahrradschuppen.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
Spektakuläre Aussicht, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, Küche im Wohnbereich integriert. Tiefgaragenplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Gute Lage der Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Separater Schminkplatz im Bad. Gute Dusche.
Die Beleuchtungssituation war nicht ausreichend. Die Leuchtmittel zu dunkel, dadurch war das Lesen nicht angenehm. Im Flur war es auch etwas dunkel. Ebenfalls keine gute Lesebeleuchtung im Schlafzimmer.
