Perfect for families, groups or friends, it offers every comfort for a memorable stay.
Completely renovated in 2024, you'll enjoy its vast interior and exterior spaces.
It comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms, a large bathroom with bath on the first floor, a large living room with sitting area, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The lovely enclosed garden (no swimming pool) features deckchairs, a hammock, a summer kitchen and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Free Wi-Fi. Fruits and vegetables from the garden (in season). Pets are welcome and the park is fully enclosed. L'Oustau is ideally located for visiting Provence. The house is located in the Enclave des Papes between Valréas and the pretty medieval village of Taulignan, between the Vaucluse and Drôme departments. Nyons can be reached in 15 minutes by car, and Vaison-la-Romaine in half an hour.
The Gorges de l'Ardèche are also within easy reach for a day trip.
The Château de Grignan is just 15km away. Around the house, you can walk or bike along the paths of the Saint Urbain district, through lavender fields and vineyards. A functional house with quality furnishings and fittings, Gisèle will be delighted to welcome you. The entire house and garden are accessible to tenants. Park your vehicle directly in front of the gate leading to the park. Gisèle lives in the neighborhood and can be reached by phone during your stay for any information you may require.
