The holiday home Melkart loft Sancti Petri is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The property is located in a quiet street, with direct access to the main road leading to the beaches.
Furthermore, the holiday home is situated close to the Marismas de Carboneros reserve, the Salina Santa Teresa spa centre, public transport links, coastal walking and cycle trails as well as the restaurants Popeye and Nueva Alegría. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The keys will be handed over by the hosts.
