The villa Mercedes in Santa Eulària des Riu is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Balearic Sea. The 310 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys.
Furthermore, a shared gym, a pool table and gym equipment are available on the property.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The villa is tucked away in a quiet area that is very beautiful. The pool and outdoor area is lovely and we spent most of our time there. The interior could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. The gym is great. It would be helpful to alert guests they are responsible for taking all trash...
