The holiday apartment 'Authentic and Comfortable' in Valderoure, located in the heart of the Préalpes d'Azur Natural Park, delights guests with its privileged location and mountain views.
This 75 m² accommodation, situated on the second floor of a two-story house, can accommodate up to 4 people.
It features a television, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as books and toys for children.
Please note that this accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi or air conditioning, as it is located at an altitude of 1,100 m in the mid-mountains. You have access to the garden and a barbecue, shared with the owner or the tenant of the first floor.
One parking space is available on the property, and another space can be found on the street in front of the house.
The location is ideal for stargazing without light pollution. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and a fenced area is available on site for your dogs. The apartment is non-smoking inside the building.
Out of respect for the neighbors and the first-floor tenant, loud parties are not permitted.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. This property is equipped with energy-saving lighting and sustainable materials have been used for its insulation.

L'ensemble complet des équipements, les appareils (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle) neufs et de qualité, la salle de bains spacieuse, comme la salle de séjour et le salon de télévision, l'environnement naturel et le calme, la proximité du grand axe de la route Napoléon (8' en voiture), le jardin et l'accueil du propriétaire.
L'une des deux chambres trop exigüe.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans l’appartement de Thierry et Myriam, l’appartement est très bien équipé, propre, spacieux. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. Idéalement placé à l’écart des axes touristiques tout en étant à proximité des lieux incontournables de la région. Si vous aimez le calme, la nature, les balades, les randonnées, le vélo, n’hésitez pas :)
Attention tout de même, il y a deux chiens au 1er étage de la bâtisse, ils sont très gentils mais ils sont souvent dehors (c’était en tout cas le cas lorsque nous étions là) et ça peut être problématique pour les personnes qui en ont peur.
