The apartment is on the second floor of an ancient Florentine building, in the heart of Borgo Ognissanti, one of the city's most characteristic neighborhoods.
You are just a few steps from the Arno and about a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station and Piazza Duomo, making it ideal for visiting Florence's main tourist attractions comfortably on foot. The space The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator, but you only need to climb two short flights of stairs. - Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, pots, plates, wine glasses, and American coffee machine. - Living area separated from the kitchen by a corridor, equipped with dining table, chairs, and TV. - Bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed, new orthopedic mattress, wardrobe with hangers and shelves, iron, and drying rack. - Bathroom with shower, toilet paper, hand soap, and hairdryer.
