The Room Doble Individual 12 in a 1-star hostel is ideally situated in the heart of Roquetas de Mar, offering a convenient and central location.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as air conditioning.
The property is located 1 km or 5 driving minutes from the beach, next to the bullring, and very close to the center with all kinds of services.
Public transport links are also within walking distance.
Please note that there is a bar on the first floor, which may result in some noise.
Free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Please, note that the building does not have an elevator.
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
There is a recording camera at the entrance to the property.

La ubicación
Una de las camas estaba rota rota y el colchón se hundía, las paredes al ser muy finas se escucha todo lo de los vecinos y la gente daba muchos portazos lo que por lo mañana te despertabas del susto varias veces.
