The holiday home Villa San Teodoro is located in san teodoro and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and towels.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space, including a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The vacation home is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the sea, and close to major services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and churches.
Public transport links are also within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome.
There is also a possibility to provide a single bed for the seventh guest upon prior request. 1 small pet can be allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
