In Playa Blanca, the villa Victoria - Marina Rubicon with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Atlantic.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
This property features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, covered terrace, 2 balconies, and a barbecue. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
