The Country House Complejo Rural Venta Seca with step-free access and interior is located in Cañadas de Romero Mazarron and overlooks the mountain.
The 500 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 12 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 28 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
In addition, a private sauna and a table tennis table are available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This charming Country House features a private outdoor space with a pool (which can be hated for an extra fee from October to May), garden, children's pool, terrace, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower.
Additionally, guests can relax in the private indoor heated pool. The property is located just 1 km from a large golf course, tennis courts and padel tennis courts.
In addition, the beaches of Mazarrón can be reached in 15 minutes by car. 20 parking spaces are available on the property and 8 in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. The property has a spa area for up to 4 people, which may be used for two days in the months of October to February and freely the rest of the year.
