This extraordinary villa built in 1896 in the Florentine architectural style is a unique Alpine jewel with a special history and the perfect place for your extraordinary vacation. Lovingly renovated and restored over the decades, we invite you on a special kind of journey through time.

Here, modern luxury meets stylish antique furniture, some of which is over 120 years old from the family that built it. Sleep in a four-poster bed, enjoy a hydrosoft/biosauna in the conservatory, play piano or chess in the salon while sipping fine wines from the house, or simply linger in the large park-like garden.

A large fire bowl and a barbecue promise unforgettable evenings for two, with family or friends in a cozy atmosphere.

You can also expect a kitchen with high-quality luxury kitchen appliances for culinary delights together, 2 exceptional bedrooms with double beds, a large sofa bed for two, as well as 2 modern shower rooms + 2 WCs.

We have 125 square meters of living space for 2 - 6 vacation guests. 1 bedroom with four-poster bed and the 2nd bedroom is located in the winter garden with the Hydrosoft/Biosauna. The villa is located outside but still close to the center of Stumm.

Restaurants, stores and ski bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away.

The nearest ski area is the Hochzillertalbahn Kaltenbach and can be reached by car or ski bus in 3 minutes.
