The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and accommodates up to four people.
If four individuals arrive, a separate sleeping option can be provided for each person. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The house has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue.
Public transport is within walking distance.
There are two parking spaces on the property.
One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation; however, smokers may use the conservatory or the covered terrace.
