With sea views, the rural house 'Bns Casa La Prensa - Alpujarra' in Sorvilán is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The property, approximately 170 m², consists of a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, television and washing machine.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The house features two terraces, one covered and one uncovered, excellently located 600 m above sea level, with a pleasant microclimate and fantastic views of the sea and mountains.
In addition to the recently opened municipal pool, the beach is only 15 minutes away via a new road from 2024, and you are about 130 km from the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, known for its excellent beaches such as Mónsul or Los Genoveses.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours.
Early check-in and/or late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Fantastisk
It wasn't just a holiday, it was an experience.

The people were very friendly and we made some great connections. We happened to arrive for Fiesta week and the whole village came alive! It was magical! There is a new communal pool opened and has a lifeguard on duty. The showers and changing rooms are fabulous and everywhere is spotless.
The village is 2500 ft up a mountain, it has a very good road and the views are fantastic. It is more suited to couples as opposed to teenagers, the elderly and babies, as the village is very steep and challenging if walking is an issue. The village is very quiet and peaceful which may not be enjoyable for teens, except during the Fiesta!

We had a good couple of days here! José was a great host, very accomodating. It's a charming old house with lots of space in a quaint little village with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. You feel like you're in the Old Spain, very far from the tourist world!
