The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 7 people.
Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
This holiday flat offers a private balcony with a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment.
The apartment is situated just 300 m from a river with a bathing area.
Shopping facilities and public transport links are within walking distance, and there are several restaurants, along with numerous cycling and hiking trails, nearby.
The historic city of Regensburg is just a 45-minute drive away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee).
