In a secure residence, on the second floor without elevator, this superb apartment facing the sea consists of the following:
- Enter
- A bedroom with a double bed (size 140x190cm).
- A living room with open kitchen fitted/equipped.
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine.
- An individual toilet.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (size 140x190cm) and a bunk bed (size 90x190cm).
- A second bathroom with shower and sink.
- A third bedroom with a double bed (size 140x190cm)
The set is complemented by a large balcony that will offer you a stunning view of the sea and the esplanade.
A private garage is also available and will allow you to park your vehicle safely and serenity!
This accommodation is the perfect home for a stay by the sea.
Bath sheets are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Bed linens are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for a supplement ranging from 10.00€ to 22.00€ depending on the size of the desired trim.
The cleaning fee is included in the accommodation rate.
Upon arrival, you will be requested a security deposit in the amount of €750.00 (set as a bank print, not debited from your account). The settlement of your residence tax will also have to be regularized.
