This apartment is ideally located in Plérin, a small seaside resort offering breathtaking views of a beautiful 2 km sandy beach, with direct access to the sea just 2 minutes on foot.
The GR34 coastal path runs along the beach and passes right behind the residence, making this apartment an ideal stopover.
Situated on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, it features: - A living room with a table for 2 to 6 people, a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and an equipped kitchen opening onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the sea or relax facing the panorama. - A bathroom with shower and WC. - A bedroom with sea view, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, closet at your disposal, and a TV. - Capacity for 3 people. - Baby bed available on request. Free private parking in the residence, secured by a manual barrier, or parking available 50 m away.
WIFI included and TV channels via fiber. Ideally located between the Pink Granite Coast and Saint-Malo, you can discover the Côtes d’Armor and its exceptional sites: Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Val André, Bréhat Island, Paimpol, Plouha cliffs, and the Gouët gorges. Do not miss strolling on the Légué port (10 min) with its lively quays, bars and restaurants. Sports activities: GR34, tennis, paragliding (Roselier point), two nautical centers with sailing schools for children during holidays, water sports, coastal walking, kayaking, shore fishing, swimming and relaxation. Restaurants, ice cream shops and crêperies on the promenade and esplanade. In Plérin: all shops, laundromats, and market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings. Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.

Superbe emplacement avec accès direct à une très belle plage. Très belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Appartement fonctionnel et très propre.
Le lit est ajustable électriquement (tête et pied relevables), ce qui est plutôt sympathique. Cependant, il a une longueur de 190 cm. Un peu court si vous mesurez plus d’1m80…

Le logement est parfaitement équipé, on y est comme chez soi ! Vue magnifique, Maryse accueille ses hôtes avec de gentilles attentions et de bons conseils de visites.
Appartement avec tout le confort, parking dans la résidence.
Station familiale, environs et GR34 à découvrir.
