In Arenzano, the holiday apartment La Finestra Sul Mare offers an excellent view of the Ligurian Sea. The 80 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include a TV, 5 fans, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and a crib available on request.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.
Enjoy a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The property is just a 2-minute walk from a supermarket and pharmacy, and a 5-minute walk from tandem and rickshaw rentals, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, five-a-side football, and bocce courts.
There are 3 playgrounds for children, a diving center, public parks hosting events and concerts, a pedestrian area in the center, a cinema, and beach clubs.
The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Please note that cars cannot be parked on the property's street: you may stop briefly to unload luggage, but not park.
The nearest public parking is about 50 meters away and is available for an extra fee, while the nearest free public parking is 250 meters away.
To reach the entrance, there are about 15 typical Genoese steps, narrow and steep. Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
The property provides guidelines for proper waste sorting; more information is available on site.

Mancanza di aria condizionata, con 40 gradi esterni l'aria condizionata ci voleva. All'entrata dell'appartamento si trova una scala stretta e ripida, non viene menzionata da nessuna parte. La pulizia non era il massimo si può fare di più
