Located in Fontanelle, the holiday home Villa in the Ugento Natural Park offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, ceiling and portable fans, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other small appliances such as a hairdryer and hair straightener.
Kitchen, bed, and bath linen are included, as well as beach towels.
A cot, high chair, and stroller for children are also available.
The accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi. The house features a large covered outdoor area, equipped for dining and relaxing with a view of the garden.
Guests have access to a barbecue and a convenient outdoor shower.
The property is just a few steps from the beach, beach clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, greengrocer, bar, ice cream shop, and bus stop.
Nearby, you can go horse riding, rent boats, go-karting, and participate in water sports at a sailing school.
The property offers a private parking space and free street parking.
Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted.

Villetta vicino al mare,in zona tranquilla ,con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto dentro e chiudere il cancello, con un bellissimo porticato , proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ci hanno fornito di un set di benvenuti con prodotti tipici e tutto il necessario per la cucina e il bagno .
