The studio apartment Apartment 7 - Nuthefließ in Ludwigsfelde is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 25 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 1 person.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The property features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. The city centre offers all essential services, including shops, restaurants and bike rental shops, as well as the Kristall thermal baths with swimming pool, sauna and spa.
Furthermore, both Großbeeren and Horstfelde have water ski facilities and swimming areas. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking, celebrating events and barbecues are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 9.30 pm. Please note that mobile phone reception in the village is, unfortunately, limited. The host is happy to provide a bouquet of flowers or a bottle of sparkling wine/prosecco if you would like to celebrate a birthday or a similar festive event (please contact them separately). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. This property features a convenient self check-in system. Unfortunately, the existing Wi-Fi connection in the village is relatively slow.
There is still no fiber optic network connection at the property.
Therefore, it is hardly possible to hold video conferences or watch smart TV movies without interference.
The TV connection is via satellite system and has the usual channels. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address.
