The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, and a washing machine.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The holiday home features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The centre of Orosei and all essential services are within walking distance, as well as the medical station, which is just a few minutes away.
You have a parking space on the property and free street parking is also available.
Ceiling fans with blades, operated by remote control, are present in every room of the house.
Water and ice fans are also available for additional cooling.
The shutters, when kept closed during the hottest hours of the day and opened in the cooler morning and evening hours, help maintain a comfortable temperature indoors.
As the apartment is situated on the top floor, it benefits from excellent natural ventilation.
Parasols are also provided on the terrace for shade during the hottest part of the day. On request and subject to availability, the two single beds can be replaced with a double mattress.
