In 110 m2 of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Possibility to park for free inside the property, in the courtyard (NOT covered). Splendid veranda for the exclusive use of guests.
A few minutes walk from the center and the beach.
The optimal starting point for your stay in Rimini.
Bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA.
Kitchen equipped with four gas burners, moka, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave and traditional oven, wine glasses and various utensils.
Relaxation area with sofa and TV. AC split.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, one single bed, wardrobe.

BATHROOM 1 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.
BEDROOM 2. BATHROOM 2. Bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Pocket wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and washing machine.
External area with awning, dining table and chairs.
Veranda with relaxation area. - From Rimini station: bus no. 10/11 10 minutes from the station.
Alternatively, if you prefer to walk, the apartment can be reached on foot from the station in around 20 minutes.
This route allows you to enjoy a relaxing stroll along Rimini's lively seafront, passing by numerous cafes and shops. - From Rimini Federico Fellini International Airport: The airport is located close to the city, so you can reach Cittadella 2 in about 20 minutes by car or taxi.
This option is the fastest and most efficient, especially if you are traveling with luggage. - If you travel by car: As for parking, you can try to find a place along Via Coletti or use the unattended public car park nearby.
However, please note that during high season these seats can be in high demand and cannot be booked.
