Located in Montecarlo, the holiday home Rosa Rossa offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning.
The holiday home also features a gazebo and a garden in the pool area, ideal for relaxing in the evening. This property features a fully equipped shared outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from 8 am to 8 pm, from early May to the end of September), a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. The farmhouse is situated 3 km from the exit of the Firenze-Mare motorway (Autostrada A11), which connects Florence to Pisa and other cities such as Lucca and Siena.
The distance to Collodi is 5 km, and Versilia and Viareggio are 40 km away. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property. Stag parties or similar events are allowed. A shared laundry area is available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
