In the Mourtis resort, a self-contained apartment with a covered terrace and mountain views!
Jean-Michel built this large, modern wooden chalet, perfectly integrated into its surroundings, to house his second home on the two upper levels and a gîte on the ground floor (independent access via a staircase from the road below). Nestled in the woods, the house is ideally located at the entrance to the Mourtis resort, where outdoor activities are offered in both summer and winter.
100m from the tennis courts, 200m from the ski slopes (a free shuttle stops at the end of the path), and hiking and mountain biking trails are available from the chalet. Saint-Béat is only 11km away (shops and services, swimming pool, Lac de Géry, fishing in the Garonne, etc.), the Pyrénées Hô leisure park is 17km away (tree climbing, giant zip line, etc.), Spain is 20km away, and Luchon is 32km away (thermal baths, golf, etc.).
A staircase leads to the gîte from the road below, where parking is available. A large private covered terrace at the gîte houses garden furniture and a plancha grill. A bowling alley extends into the terrace. The large shared entrance provides access to a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Ski racks allow you to dry your ski gear, hiking gear, and boots, or store your bikes if needed. The apartment is all on one level: kitchen area, large living room with a relaxation area featuring two double sofa beds (140cm), one bedroom (one double bed (160cm), shower room/WC. Electric heating. Wi-Fi internet connection.
TELEWORKING: A desk and lamp are available (a nearby electrical outlet for connecting a laptop, an extension cord, and a power strip are available upon request). High-speed fiber optic internet connection (Wi-Fi). 4G phone coverage (operator: Orange); Free, SFR, and Bouygues have good reception.

Le chalet est magnifique avec tout le confort possible et inimaginable L’endroit est très calme bucolique avec de nombreuses balades.Le propriétaire un homme très sympathique et chaleureux comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent.Nous en garderons un merveilleux souvenir.

Un lieu tranquille et fonctionnel idéal pour les randos en famille et les sports en eaux vives. Le logement est très bien équipé avec une vue apaisante. Et vous y êtes très bien accueillis.
