The holiday home Sandstrand with step-free interior is located in Timmendorfer Strand and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental offers a secluded outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. The Baltic Sea is only a few meters away and there is a dog beach only 5 minutes away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The towels, bed linen and tourist tax must be paid on site. Smoking is not permitted in this property. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. Due to the sole use and the spacious living space, our guests find their well-deserved rest. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
